Things that I hate: all videos start muted fricken always, the videos and even the thumbnails start playing automatically and non fricken stop, there's no way to exit out of a playlist when a video opens as part of one or to prevent the next video on the playlist from playing auto-fricken-matically, there are no settings to configure this ultra annoying behaviour anywhere on the fricken site, there is no feedback section and no normal place to even make a suggestion or a complaint.
